- Provenance: Unknown.
- Description: Inner ledge on three sides.
- Ornamentation:
Front: Three metopes surrounded by a pair of double lines, forming a kind of columned porch facade with four columns, capitals marked through carved chips, stylobate and architrav (see Rahmani, p. 30, Fig. 20, and No. 381; Hachlili, 1997, pp. 243244).
- Lid: Flat. Broken and repaired.
