Die Vorträge beginnen jeweils um 17:00 Uhr und werden in englischer Sprache gehalten. Sie finden im Seminarraum der Himmelfahrtkirche auf dem Auguste-Victoria-Compound statt. Anschließend gibt es einen kleinen Empfang im Institut.
