Workshop at the Department of Antiquities of JordanFrom the 12th to the 30th of October 2008 a workshop is carried out by the Jordanian Department of Antiquities and with the financial support of ALECSO. 15 archaeologist from the Near Easter and Northafrica participate in this workshop which concentrates on modern survey methods. The director of the DEIAHL in Amman, Dr. Jutta Häser, gave two lectures: one about the latest geophysical methods used in archaeology, the other about the planning and preparing of archaeological surveys.
