On 25 April, ended the spring 2011 campaign on Tall Zirā'a. A team of up to 76 archaeologists, students of archeology and theology, volunteers and local workers have returned to sensational discoveries to light.

A new, remarkable glass finds from Area I (Quadrant AS 123, finding 5738; Stratum10, Iron Age I) makes it clear that on Tall Zira'a was not only the processing of glass, as they could be detected as early as 2010, but also making this a coveted commodity.
